Interior Design Services

Discovery:

  • Assess clients’ employee’s furniture needs and space requirements in existing facility or relocation to new facility.
  • Assess the safety of existing furniture for reuse in new or existing facility.

Product Descriptions, Specifications, Literature and Samples:

  • Provide itemization of products needed to furnish private offices, conference rooms, common areas, libraries, reception areas, cafeterias, classrooms etc.
  • Provide samples for clients review for purchase or evaluation.
  • Provide pricing and technical descriptions, specifications and warrantees for new free-standing, and remanufactured goods, seating, and systems (“cube”) furniture.

Floor Plans & 3-D Drawings:

  • Provide floor plan layouts along with 3-D drawings of furniture.
  • As a Consultant and not a Supplier, we will provide consulting services to aid architects and end users in evaluation of bid submissions to assure bidders meet product and vendor qualifications per the end users requirements.

Move Management:

  • As a licensed Real Estate Broker we can assist in evaluating potential building sites and provide move management services.

Space Planning & Floor Plans

Space Planning is an integral part of any project. From a 5 person office or a 250 person facility, planned properly, you can get the most out of your space as well as your employees.

All Space Planning is done on a state of the art CADD system complete with 3D capabilities.

We offer in-person or telephone consulting for home and office organizing. We will tell you the best positioning for furniture, equipment, and supplies as well as give suggestions for organizing products.
